Is this product certified GF / Celiac friendly?

All our ingredients are certified GF. Our oats are GF. Our shared facility is NOT certified GF. Even though we do our best to keep things extra clean and away from contamination, we CANNOT certify that our loaves are 100% suited for anyone with CELIAC or Gluten intolerance.

What is the best way to STORE Not Bread?

Not Bread is very shelf stable! We recommend keeping your loaves under plastic, in the fridge or freezer.

FRIDGE; under plastic it will keep for up to 2 weeks!

FREEZER: your loaves will last over 6 months in the freezer. You can either pre slice your loaf, or if your loaf was frozen whole, leave it out on the counter to thaw then store in the fridge for up to 1 week! Remember to TOAST your slice!

KETO friendly?

Well.. Not Bread has oats, and a drizzle of honey. If you are strict with your diet, then maybe not. If you like to indulge just a little bit, a slice of Not Bread can be your weekly treat!
