Ingredients:

  • 1 (470g) bag Not Bread Mix

  • Liquids (per package instructions)

  • Sweetener (double or triple package amount, to taste)

  • 140g chocolate chips

  • 140g walnuts

  • Dried cherries or pecans (optional, to taste)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Combine mix, chocolate chips, walnuts, and optional cherries/pecans with liquids in a bowl. Shape into cookies and place on sheet pan.

Bake 30-40 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
